Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling for a training program with Volans Academia. We are committed to ensure a smooth experience for our learners during their period of training.

While we would be really sad to see you go, we understand the urgencies that might have compelled you to take such a step. Just in case, you are here to claim a refund, please note the following terms and conditions that govern our Cancellations and Refunds Policy. When you enrol for a program with Volans Academia, you are governed by the same policy.

Policy Details

Online Self Paced Training Programs

  • Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of the course. Money back guarantee is void if the learner has logged into the course.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fee is not applicable for refund. The only option is to change the course.

 

Online Instructor Led Training Programs

  • Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course.
  • Money back guarantee is void if the learner has logged into the e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings of atleast 1 day.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fees is not applicable. The only option is to change the course.
  • Refund on batch rescheduled by the learner is not applicable.

 

Classroom Training Programs

  • In case, a program is cancelled by Volans Academia, the course fees will be refunded. Any travel, logistics or any other opersonal expense incurred by learners will not be refunded
  • If a cancellation is done by a learner 7 business days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • In case Volans Academia cancels/postpones an event, learners who are ahead of 7 days of purchase, of course, will be rescheduled to any upcoming classroom batch without any extra charges. In case learners don’t prefer classroom training they will be shifted to online classes.
  • If a cancellation is done by a learner within 7 business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
  • No refunds or credits will be available for learners who fail to attend both days of the course.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fees is not applicable. The only option is to change the course.
  • Refund on batch rescheduled by the learner is not applicable.

Process for Initiating Refund Requests

  • For those seeking cancellation and refunds, an email needs to be sent to  [email protected] citing valid reasons
  • Contents of the email should include payer name, identity proof, bank account details, payment proof, course details and reason for refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to payer account only through electronic transfer

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

  • Refund of the duplicate payment made by learners will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 14 working days post intimation.

Important Note

  • All refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the refund request is approved by Volans Academia
  • Volans Academia reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
